These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed with Meals 4 Home.
1. About us
Meals 4 Home is a trading name of ChilledMeals Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12876654. VAT Number: 358 9156 53. You can contact us at kitchen@meals4home.co.uk or on 020 3475 1430.
2. Orders
An order is accepted only when we confirm it to you. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address. Individual meals have a minimum order of five meals.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are confirmed to you before you order and include VAT where it applies. Payment is due when you place your order unless we agree otherwise.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the address you give us. Please make sure someone can receive chilled food, or tell us where it can be left safely. Risk in the meals passes to you on delivery.
5. Food safety and allergens
Store meals in the fridge on arrival and follow the use-by date and reheating instructions on each label. It is your responsibility to check ingredients and allergens before ordering and eating. See Allergens & Nutrition.
6. Cancellations and returns
Because our meals are perishable, please read our Returns & Cancelling page for how cancellations and problems with an order are handled.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. This website
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate, but menus and availability may change. Content on this site may not be copied without permission.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
